In case of cancellation or modification of a refundable booking up to 2 days before the arrival date, no costs will be charged. In case of cancellation or modification later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first two nights will be charged.

For certain dates a minimum stay of 2 or sometimes 3 nights applies and/or reservations are only possible on a non-refundable basis; in case of cancellation no refund will be made.
